Signing Up: Trips can sell out, so please sign up early! Come to a meeting to sign up or download the form here and mail it to the trip coordinator. Trip Sign Up Form (PDF) You must be a member in order to go on the trip, and a deposit must be in order to have a confirmed spot.
Cancellation Policy: Initial deposit of $150 is non-refundable. Cancellation after other payments is non-refundable unless resold. All cancellations must be in writing to trip leader.
Resale Policy: If trip is resold after airline tickets have been issued, there is a $175 fee to the airline for the name change on the ticket.
Name changes/corrections are also subject to a $150 fee by the airline, so please sign up for the trip using the name on your government issued ID
(driver’s license or passport).
Each member is responsible for being familiar with the Club Trip Policy.
