DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION
POLICY:
By signing below I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the deposit/cancellation policy for the OCSSC’s 2007 Steamboat Trip. I have also received information regarding trip insurance, available for purchase for an additional $65.00 if so desired.

Cancellation
Policy: Initial deposit of $150 is non-refundable.
Cancellation
after other payments is non-refundable unless resold.
All
cancellations must be in writing to trip leader, Yvonne Freeman.
Resale Policy: If trip is resold after airline tickets have been issued, there is a $150 fee to the airline for the name change on the ticket.
Name changes/corrections are also subject to a $150 fee by the airline, so please sign up for the trip using the name on your government issued ID (driver’s license or passport).
Travel insurance is highly recommended. If you wish to purchase insurance please include an additional $65. Insurance may be purchased at any time up until the Travel Agency, Rocky Mountain Tours, receives final payment. Coverage becomes effective on the date payment for insurance is received by the travel agent, Rocky Mountain Tours.

Conduct: OCSSC reserves the right to decline to accept
or retain any trip participant should such person’s health or general deportment
impede the operation of the trip or result in detriment to other participants
of the trip. No monies will be refunded
for any unused portion of the trip.
